Prior to starting his own consulting firm, he worked with several companies in various stages of development: consulting on operations, sales, compliance, staffing and long term strategic planning. James served as a litigation attorney for a specialty law firm; a consultant to developing energy companies; a researcher for the Library of Congress in Washington, DC; and even a criminal investigator while attending the George Washington School of Law in Washington, DC.

Jim has written multiple articles in professional periodicals on topics as varied as tax, legal compliance, health care and practice management.
In addition, he has coordinated with and provided advice to various State Associations, trusts, and nonprofit groups.
He is currently working on a webinar series, a comprehensive book on strategic business planning for the health care provider, and a book on top 10 ways for any business owner to achieve financial independence.
Kim Lazarus, DC
Dr. Kim Lazarus is a doctor of chiropractic whom graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in 1997.
Prior to her chiropractic career she was a professional figure skater performing with the Ice Capades in the late 70’s then coached competitive figure skating in the Northwest until she ruptured her Achilles tendon in 1993 which ended her career quite abruptly.
Kim previously was a recreation director, fitness center and medical spa owner in Santa Fe, and holistic health center owner and director.
Kim’s extensive background in recreation has assisted her to create corporate team building challenge events based on fun and problem solving for any event from office staffing to corporate conventions.
Dr. Lazarus most recently completed her certification in Integrative Health Coaching at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine affiliation with Dr. Andrew Weil.
She now teaches educational seminar to Doctors on motivational coaching based on on motivational interviewing and integrative health coach techniques. A great system to learn how to go from a doctor-centric care model to a patient-centric one.
