1. This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated as provided herein;
2. Agreement may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice;
3. Client agrees that payment for services will be auto debited from Client credit card at the end of each monthly accounting period. Client will notify BCG of any changes to card (e.g. exp. date);
4. Information and data provided by client and BCG will remain in strict confidence. This information may be disclosed by BRG to CPAs, attorneys or other BRG business associates as needed to accurately prepare client documents, or as required by law;
5. Nothing herein is intended, nor shall be construed to create a relationship of employer and employee;
6. Additional services requested by the Client, will be invoiced and auto debited on an hourly basis at a rate of $75/hour;
7. Client agrees to hold harmless, indemnify and defend BCG from any and all claims, suits, losses, expenses, damages (including punitive, compensatory or exemplary actions, liability and other costs), BCG and its employees may sustain or be held accountable for, as a result of any acts, omissions or errors by Client or its agents;
